About Me

E.Tribe: I have some pretty big dreams. It all stemmed from when I learned to ski when I was 6 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. My family moved to Barrie, Ontario when I was 12 and I joined Team Hardwood and began competing in local races. Since then I've been competitive on the Provincial and National ski circuits. I've been lucky enough to gain international experience in various OPA Tour races, and at the 2011 Under 23 World Championships. I have been a member of the Ontario Team for 8 years and I am working through my third season as an elite athlete with the National Development Centre in Thunder Bay. We spend our summers working hard, striding up hills, and pushing ourselves to new limits. We also spend a considerable amount of time on the road and in training camps in search of snow and new training grounds. Skiing is what I love to do and I find myself to be lucky to have found a passion so early on in life. I hope to compete for Canada at the Olympics and on the World Cup circuit one day.
